Description of the theft
Saw footage at Linfield College of Nursing of someone taking bike (cutting lock) from a secure bike locker in the basement of the school. He was described as a homeless man who appeared not to know how to ride the bike as he was leaving campus with it. The bike is unique in that it has couplers on the frame for folding. Brooks saddle, rack, built-in lights.
