Description of the theft
This incident happened on Oct 9th, 11:30 AM. I locked my bike to one of the street lamp poles along with a bunch of electric scooters and went into the Safeway, I come out 10 minutes later and there is a broken Bay Wheels bike near the lamp post and my bike is gone.
