Stolen off of car bike rack. Indexed shift, 3 crank sprocket, 5-6? speed cluster, black frame unless repainted

Straight handle bars – last ¾ “ of metal handlebar exposed.
Thief will likely have removed the red travel bag and frame in front. Will leave 2 screw holes that secured the bag frame clamp in the top of slanted handlebar connector from the headset to the handlebar clamp. kickstand fold backward past rear wheel center
