Bicycle detail

I was shopping at Uwajimaya between 12: 30 PM and 2, left my bike locked at at a bike rack outside the grocery store (right next to Chase bank on the 6th street. The lock is spiral combination lock, the cord was going around both the front and back wheel, bike frame and the bike rack. When I was done shopping the bike was gone from a rack ( I have attached pictures of the rack to this report). I went back into a store and asked security if they have any video records, they said their cameras cut-off right before the rack but Chase bank might have some. The bank is closed today. I will call on Monday to see if they have any video records. The bike is in a great condition, only 2 years old, had a phone holder attached to the front handlebar. It has a cargo rack attached to the back and a custom wide bike seat.
