Description of the theft
There were two locks, U lock and cable lock.
U lock was placed between frame and wheels, while also holding the cable lock which was placed around the rack.
My believe is they cut the cable and carried the bike while still having the U lock between frame and wheel, which would explain why the both locks are also gone.
