Description of the theft
Bicycle was in shared apartment garage (garage door gate opens by key, each of 8 units has a key). Inside garage, bicycle was locked with U-lock to a cable loop attached to the wall. Cable was cut and lock was taken with bike. The other 2 bikes parked behind the stolen bike were not taken (cutting the cable also left them unsecured).
