Description of the theft
Parked and locked at the bike rack outside of Teaspoon. Walked into the shop to get milk tea- Walked back out not even ten minutes later, and she was gone. They'd cut the cable lock that I was using. Pruneyard is not a sketchy area and I've been there many times with the same lock, in a different spot.
