Bicycle detail

I parked my bicycle in the bicycle parking lot on the east side of the Biological Sciences West building (1041 E Lowell St., Tucson, AZ 85721) on the University of Arizona's main campus before attending a class which runs from 3:30pm to 4:45p. I locked my bicycle to one of the bicycle parking stands with a coiled steel cable, where I secured both wheels and the frame of the bicycle to the bicycle parking stands. After class I returned to the bicycle parking area and discovered that my bicycle had been stolen. The thief had apparently cut the steel cable with bolt cutters, although he was nice enough to leave the cable.
