Description of the theft
Individual forced open our secured building front double glass doors, pulled in the bike he was riding (obviously also stolen), and his tool box on wheels. He cruised our very quiet garage and when he spied my scooter, he had found his mark.
He had a baseball cap pulled down very far on his head and had a high collar on his jacket so we never got a really great still of his face on our video surveillance system.
The scrawny meth-head defeated the chain with a bolt cutter he had in toolbox, left his previous bike and pushed my scooter (it weighs 123 lbs and needs a key) and his rolly toolbox up the ramp to ground floor and out the garage door he opened from the inside via the wall button and off into downtown Portland.
