Description of the theft
Locked bike Sunday night, August 9th, around 11 pm in foyer area of apartment building. A key is required to get into that area of the building. It was locked to a wooden stairwell banister. It had 2 u-locks and a chain/chord, all of which were missing in addition to the bike by Monday morning, August 10th at 8:45 am. The rear tired had been removed before I locked it Sunday night because I planned to take it in to get repaired Monday morning, therefore the bike was stolen without a rear tire/wheel.
