Bicycle detail

My wife left home With her car At 5:00 am for a hour and a half, she forgot to close the garage door, She returned home at 6:30 am and my bike was taken from the roof racks in the garage, her bike was luckily still here. The neighbors doorbell camera caught a person, looked like a man, rolling into my open garage on his own bike, unfortunately the video ended before catching him leave with my bike. I would say it’s safe to assume he was the one that took it. My other neighbor took her dogs out around 5:45 and didn’t see anything unusual. No other video of anyone else entering my garage was found
