Bicycle detail

The two bikes were parked and chained together to the stair support beam under the stairwell in an apartment complex in the SoFA district. Sometime between 10pm on 12 Feb and 9am on 13 Feb 2022, somebody, either a resident, someone who knows the building passcode, or someone who entered behind a resident, came onto the property, cut the lock, and removed both bikes, leaving behind the cut lock.
