Description of the theft
Bike was in the apartment building's garage where other bikes are left completely unlocked. I thought U-Locking just the rear wheel would be enough of a deterrent in the garage next to other unlocked bikes, but that wasn't the case. The rear wheel was left along with the U-Lock and the frame was taken.
