Description of the theft
Left Bike at intersection by James Fowler high school (40th Ave 4 St). Did not fully lock, left in a rush to catch the bus. It is my little sisters bike. Did not have key on me, so left the bike unlocked but attached. Was missing when I went to get it this morning. Was left there for the past 3 days. (I was going to retrieve it sooner but it was too cold)
