Bicycle detail

On 12-31-20, at about 9:30am, while gardeners were performing their jobs on the apartment premise, an unknown male suspect entered the property from the 800 block of Plymouth Blvd. just south of 8th St., and made his way up the driveway to the rear of the property to access the carport where the bike was kept. The suspect cut two chains from the bike, hopped on the bike and proceeded back down the driveway and out of sight. The apartment building does have surveillance video along with surveillance warning signs on the property. The suspect wore a gray hoody with a large bright yellow backpack per video footage. The suspect’s lock cutting tool was contained in a second black guitar bag, which was left at the scene.
