Description of the theft
I parked my bike on the rack right outside Union Bank on 44 Montgomery Street on Saturday, July 14 2018 at around 10am. I went to a class at 24 hour fitness right across the street and it was still there around 11:30am. I went to the Starbucks next door and came back to it around 2:15pm to find it was gone. All that was left on the rack was the front wheel and my bike lock chained to it.
