Description of the theft
Bike was stolen from a rack on the back of my RV while parked in the Winco parking lot, on the north side by the bus stop.
Winco security has security camera footage of the incident and showed it to police who said 2 approximately 20 years old males arrived on foot, cut the lock with bolt cutters, forced the bike rack open damaging it (because they couldn’t figure out how release it) and then one rode off on the bike and the other ran off on foot
