Description of the theft
on 10/22 notice bike was missing from where it was lock up in my building courtyard. The bike lock cut off and left hanging on the bike pole. I took a photo of the broken lock on pole and reported it to my management office. My bike had a removable black wire basket attached to the front handlebars, a silver and black bell with a white bottle holder on the lower frame.
