stolen from outside five ways news Dudley Road Tipton, offender headed down Sedgley Road West. He was wearing a black hoody, black snood over his face, orange Hi-Vis Jacket and grey trousers. I believe this was put into a transit van that pulled over near Eclipse trading estate. The bike has a snapped front brake cable. not many of these around the area.
