Description of the theft
The front wheel and frame of the bike were secured with a U-lock to a bike rack outside of an entrance to the 19th Street BART station. When I returned to retrieve my bike on Friday Dec. 15, there was no trace of the bike or the U-lock; the bike rack was fully intact.
