Description of the theft
I went in to safeway for 4 minutes to get cash, and my bike was gone. The back tire was locked with a built-in mechanism, i have the key, but the bike itself was not locked to bike rack. There is a u-lock attached to the back rack. The bike is missing the cover for the charging port.
