Description of the theft
I came down to the parking garage of my apartment building on 4/8 to find that my cable lock had been cut and my bike stolen. There were about a dozen bikes in the garage, and only mine was stolen. According to security footage, it was stolen between 5:15 and 5:50 AM on 4/7. The parking garage requires a building key or gate clicker to enter, but the building has had problems with non-residents getting into the property and stealing packages, so the thief is likely a non-resident.
