Description of the theft
Bike was locked 10 ft outside the Farragut St gate of PSNS&IMF by the ferry terminal. I locked it at 6am when I reported to work - When I returned at 2:30pm the lock had been cut and left at the bike rack scene. The bike was missing. This happened directly under a security camera for this federal property.
