Bicycle detail

Some time between 2:15pm and 2:45pm the bicycle was noticed missing by the maintenance on site person and reported stolen to our office. found chain cut. I remember seeing some young 20s looking guy with someone else standing near the bikes earlier talking to someone but I was distracted and didn't check to see who they were. I did want to see if I recognized them as my first thought was that I didn't and I know the majority of the residents here as I am the manager of the community.
