Description of the theft
Parked bike next to Wells Fargo. Decided to go into branch rather than use ATM due to nature of deposit. Placed bike next to window so I could see it. Thief robbed the bike within 2 minutes, and I saw him and pursued. Couldn't catch him on foot since he was on my bike.
