Bicycle detail

My understanding is that the theft occurred on 3/26 around midnight. Someone on a bike followed a car into the garage and then this individual biked around the garage for a bit until the coast was clear. They then used something like a flat head screwdriver to break into the bike room. The break-in left hardly any damage to the door because the lock gave way so easily. Once in the bike room, they used some sort of power tool, an angle grinder maybe, to cut the locks my bikes were locked up with. They then left the bike they had come in on, along with their neon yellow helmet, and exited with my bikes and a bag that presumably had my helmets and shoes. The bike that was left was a Raleigh Clubman, serial number U146U33568. I would assume that bike was also stolen as well and it has been returned to the police. The thief was caught on the security camera but the camera never got a clean look at his face.
