Description of the theft
I arrived at Kingsway Mall at 4pm, locked my bike at the Starbucks entrance and entered that way. I was in the mall for 2 hours and when I came back the bike and the lock were gone. I went back inside of Kingsway Mall to file a report with the Security guard and have filed a report with EPS.
