Description of the theft
I went in to safe way at south gate mall I was only in the store for 10 minutes. When I came out side there was a man sitting on side walk and I said where's my bike he said a man has taken it. Then he said he knows the man he took it .I went back in the store to report it stolen but no one would help me.
