Description of the theft
Cable was cut and left at the scene. The U-lock was between the front wheel and frame and as far as I can tell, left in take and removed with the bike. This happened in the underground parking garage (3 stories down) at a condo building. The thief entered through the front door but hid his identity from the security cameras.
