Description of the theft
Bike was hung up on a rack inside a southbound MAX train, and I was sitting nearby. While stopped at the Union Station stop, a woman wearing a light brown long leather coat and brown clunky boots snagged my bike when I wasn't looking, and exited the train. I noticed after the doors had closed, then got off at the next stop (NW 5th & Couch) and immediately called police.
