Bicycle detail

Around 8am I saw someone rush by the south window of my home. I looked out
to see someone racing away on a bike. I believe they were wearing an orange
jacket with a black backpack (or maybe vice versa on the colors). I checked my
backyard immediately to find my bike missing, the gate open, and an beat up
ugly red Giant bike lying on its side (not mine - dumped by thief). I jumped in my
car and tried to track them down (they were heading south on 114th towards
Halsey when I last saw them. Aer driving around the neighrborhood for an hour
or so, I didn't find anything and returned home. Spoke to the neighbor (on the
south side of my home) and they said they saw the incident and the theif was in
their yard too (and may have thrown up in their yard).
