Description of the theft
Bike was in the private "secured" Bike Storage Room at my apartment complex. The front wheel was locked to the frame considering that it was indoors and my bike is too heavy to lift vertically on the wall racks they have.
The lock was cut, likely with bolt cutters and left on the floor in the bike room.
