Description of the theft
I went outside this afternoon to see that my bike, which I had locked out in front, was stolen. I had a U-Lock and cable, and the cable was cut and the guy took the whole bike minus the front wheel. My neighbor told me the perpetrator most likely took the bike at 6 am this morning.
