Bicycle detail

On March 10th, 2021 around 10:30PM, I was heading down the stairwell of my building to drop a friend off home and noticed that my bicycle was missing. I had it locked to the metal bannister of the stairwell and the metal rail where the lock was connected to the bannister had been cut off, I'm assuming using bolt cutters. Pictures are attached. I looked outside to see if anyone was around but it seems whoever stole it was long gone. Earlier in the day around 3PM, I had noticed several police officers outside the building next to mine and they said they were having problems with some squatters in the next building. It's possible the two events are connected since they happened around the same time on the same day.
