Description of the theft
Bike was attached to my blue Mitsubishi Lancer on a trunk Mount bike rack. The bike was very similar to the image (however this isn't the actual image of my bike, as I didn't have one).
My car was parked in a parking garage near the boat pier and next to a white van that was very shady looking that had a small white dog in the passenger seat and the doors where all open, and no one around the van.
