Description of the theft
I moved into my new apartment "Koz on Sandy" on Wednesday, September 21st at 3:30 pm. I put my bike in the bike room around 3:40 pm and used a bike lock to secure it to a rack. When I checked the bike room on Friday, September 23rd, it was gone. It was stolen from the bike room sometime between 3:40 pm on September 21st and 3:00 pm on September 24th.
