Description of the theft
Bike was locked to apartment community's bike rack with a cable lock. Cable lock was cut and left at the scene. This bike rack is inside our apartment community's parking garage that is key fob and/or garage opener access only. Bike has a water bottle holder on frame and one of the pedals is sheared in half.
