Description of the theft
Parked outside Scott's Bike shop in Salem, OR. Bike was on a Kuat NV bike rack with an integral cable lock. Was in the store for 5-10 min. When I came out they had cut the lock, broke the front end off the bike rack (unnecessary damage, but probably quicker than releasing the front wheel holder), and cut the rear wheel strap.
