Bicycle detail

On Tuesday, June 18th, I left my bike locked to a streetlight outside of my work, unattended for 10 minutes while I ran up to my office to put my bag down. Upon returning, my bike was gone, and in it's place was a Blue Bike with the broken lock on the ground. I checked surrounding buildings' security footage and confirmed a male was riding the blue bike down State St., did a U-turn, and stole my bike, leaving his blue bike behind. I have filed a police report and have posted on several sites. I
