Description of the theft
My long Kryptonite lock was locked to my basket, I was distracted when I arrived Grocery outlet, returned many texts received while being and did not lock my bike. First time ever! My bike is my car, I've always locked it. The security camera has the thief & theft on video for several minutes. I have pics of him. Store security advised me to look at high rise in back of Grocery Outlet. Sources tell me today on west side of building is where bikes get stashed.
