It was locked to a bike rack in front of the US Mint at 11am during the Fete De Fromge fest- was gone at 3 when I went to get it
I don't know the manufacturer but it doesn't give an "other" choice - it was purchased at Bayou Bicycles and has theor sticker on it (the only name on the bike). It also had a Goner records bumper sticker on frame
