Description of the theft
I placed my bicycle outside of my apartment in the hallway around 9am Sunday morning, Oct. 3, 2021. I placed it in the hallway as I was getting ready to leave, since my apartment is so small it gets in the way. When I le! out my front door, maybe 30-40 minutes later, my bicycle was gone. My building is secure and required a key or FOB to enter the front door AND to access the elevator to the 3rd floor.
