Description of the theft
Bike locked to bike stand outside Dollar Tree just north of Halsey St. Bike locked with cable lock run through bike frame, front wheel, bike helmet and bike stand. Went into Llyod Center, when I returned approximately 30 minutes later everything was gone (bike, helmet, cable). Bike stand empty, nothing was left.
