Description of the theft
Incident Description The bike was locked at the base of my apartment building where other bikes are stored. It was there prior to me traveling and when I returned home the bike was gone. Another bike was still on the rack but was locked with a U bike lock where as my bike was locked with a regular bike lock (chain with a code to unlock). The apartment building was not notified of other bikes missing,
