Description of the theft
Returned home from a trip to find my bike helmet sitting on the floor of my apartment's secured bike room. This room is inside
the building's parking garage (which is locked), inside a bike room (which is also locked). The bike was was stored on one of
the vertical bike hooks, and it was secured to the hook using the cable that is part of the bike hook and a lock. Whoever took
the bike made it past two sets of locked doors and a bike lock.
