Bicycle detail

The bike was kept in a courtyard behind two parked cars about 30 yards off the street. It was not locked because there are people consistently moving in and out of the courtyard and I move it to a different place that's secure before the cars are moved to allow customers in. We have security video of the guy. He's late twenties to mid thirties, roughly 6 feet tall, 175-200 lbs, apparently fit. He has darker skin, darker than white but not dark dark. He has short dark hair and a short beard (consistent length all around his head) that's also dark. He was wearing a dark puffy jacket and a big, multi pocket backpack. He looked like he knew what he was doing, the speed and confidence with which he took the bike were striking.
