Locked bike outside main entrance of Foote Field. Came back 1 hour later to the bike missing. Security cameras showed 2 individuals (one male on a bike, one female on foot) approach the bike and spend less than 2 minutes cutting the lock and riding away. They went north west from Foote Field.
