Bicycle detail

E Bike with battery turned off stolen in plain sight of many shops and businesses. We have the keys. A witness saw someone riding a bike matching this description in the Lake City Fred Meyer parking lot at noon. The rider was riding slowly and awkwardly as if he didn't have battery power, which makes sense since this bike is about 100 lb and is very difficult to ride without the assist. We searched the area around the store on foot and in car and saw 2 other rad bikes parked on the sidewalk in an encampment on 35th, but not ours. It's very large, heavy, and hard to hide. We've driven the area three times and haven't seen it, but think that it would be hard to move it too far from site of the crime.
