My bike was stolen in front of the Commons West building where theres a bike rack in front at UIC. The bike lock and cable was cut. This happened on December 15th night. I have a Bike tracker, The suspect seems to live on S Blue Island Avenue in Pilsen. So you might see the bike in that area.
