Description of the theft
My bike (along with many others) was locked in the steel, FOB locked cage outside the apartment complex. No one has been able to access the cage since Hurricane Ida hit due to a circuit break in the lock. The upper left panel was removed (sometime between Sept. 22, 2021 - Sept. 27, 2021) which enabled the suspect to climb inside and steal my bike, along with at least 10 others and bike seats and wheels. Some of the locks that were cut are still hanging inside but most (including mine) were taken.
